Bookings & Advance Payment
Your event date is reserved once we receive a signed booking agreement and a 30% advance payment. The remaining balance is payable in agreed stages, with the final portion due after your event. Dates are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand plans change. Bookings may be rescheduled to any available date within twelve months at no extra cost. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event receive a refund of the advance minus a small administration fee; later cancellations forfeit the advance.
Deliverables & Timelines
Sneak-peek galleries are delivered within 48 hours, complete edited galleries within 3–4 weeks, and films and albums within 6–8 weeks of your event. Timelines may extend slightly during peak wedding season, and we will always keep you informed.
Copyright & Usage
Krish Photography retains copyright of all images and films as the creator, while you receive a full personal-use licence to print, share, and enjoy your photographs without restriction. Commercial use of images requires prior written agreement.
Our Commitment
We arrive early, carry backup equipment for every critical role, and store your files in multiple secure locations from the moment they are captured. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or illness, we maintain a network of trusted professional associates as backup.
